Our Experience
Since July 2020, we have had the pleasure of providing OSHA safety training, consulting, and translation services to 46 small, medium, and large companies in both general industry and construction. We have collaborated with the companies to meet OSHA requirements to provide training to workers of different nationalities in the language they understand. We have helped hundreds of Hispanic workers understand the importance of safe work practices, working as a team with their immediate leaders and employers, and the benefit of creating a culture of safety in the workplace. Our trainees have also learned how to help the employer prevent receiving OSHA citations.
One of the things we are very proud of is helping employers and leadership employees to understand the culture of their Hispanic employees, which has led to creating integration, better understanding, and favorable productivity.
